      Where to Find Support ID

      This document describes where to find support ID (also called supportID) in YSoft SafeQ 5 and YSoft SafeQ 6.

      Summary:

      During phone calls with our Customer Support Services you can be asked for support ID of a customer. This information will help our operators to quickly find correct customer ID and related information in our system.


      Resolution:

      Support ID of customer can be found on "YSoft SafeQ version" widget located on dashboard. Dashboard can be accessed via web interface of YSoft SafeQ 5 or via management interface of YSoft SafeQ 6.
