How to Check and Extend Your Server's License Maintenance Before Expiry
Issue:
Keeping track of your server's license maintenance is crucial to ensure uninterrupted access to the latest updates and customer support. In this article, we will guide you through the process of checking and extending your server's license maintenance before it expires.
Resolution:
- Open the EveryonePrint Admin and click Settings.
- Under General Settings, at the top of the screen, the current licensing is displayed, including any existing license key and maintenance expiration date.

In the provided example, the license is a Server license that is set to expire in July 2018. This means that EveryonePrint can be upgraded and updated at no additional cost until the expiration date.
Valid Maintenance is Necessary for:
- Upgrade: Maintenance is not required to run the software, but you cannot benefit from the upgrade to a newer version without valid maintenance.
- Customer Support: Valid maintenance will be checked when you contact our Customer Support for any support inquiry.
When maintenance expires, it can be renewed. For any questions related to license and maintenance renewal, simply get in touch and include the following:
- Server Name
- Server ID
- Current license
