Mobile Gateway: Capture Logs for Support
Capture logs and config from EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway.
- If the problem relates to printing from a mobile device:
- Re-do the print job that fails.
- Let the system logging information until the suspected problem occurs.
- Zip all files from directory: <EOP Mobile Gateway install dir>\logs.
- Copy config file : <EOP Mobile Gateway install dir>\defaults.xml.
- Attach the ZIP file and config file to the support case.
- Note date/time of the incident and any other valuable information (user, IP address of mobile device).
