Mobile App: Error GetServerConfiguration
How to Fix 'Error GetServerConfiguration' in EveryonePrint Mobile App on Android and iOS
Note: the following applies both for the Android and iOS apps.
Symptom:
On the EveryonePrint app, you get presented with an error message like the one in the screenshot below, which reads "Error on http get method: https://localhost:9443/api/?method=GetServerConfiguration".

This can be caused by two main reasons:
- There is a configuration problem on the Mobile Gateway. Please check the configuration for wrong or missing parameters.
- There is a connectivity problem, maybe at the DNS level (which may be affecting the firewall). Please check your network connectivity, including all stages up to the mobile gateway.
