As of September 2024, we're thrilled to re-introduce mobile printing to our Cloud users. You now get a single app that works across the whole SAFEQ portfolio and gives you a consistent and smooth printing experience.
We're here to smooth things out for IT admins and print users. With SAFEQ Cloud 3.49, we're relaunching our mobile printing app to work seamlessly across both SAFEQ Cloud and SAFEQ 6 to provide users with consistently great experiences. The new app lets you:

User can scan a QR code in their profile and download their pre-configured Mobile app for iOS or Android.
You get a unified authentication experience whether you log in through the WebUI, PC Client, or mobile app. Once you’ve authenticated yourself, you’re all set to start.
To submit prints using your phone, simply open the app and from within, you click the "+" button, select a document (either from your device or from apps such as OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.), edit any finishing options (copies, paper size, etc.), and click "Send". The job will be uploaded, and you can then release it by logging into your MFP.
