💻 Enable/Disable Self-service account creation
With this SAFEQ Cloud upgrade, you can effortlessly toggle self-service account creation for guests on or off. This feature empowers guests to self-register for a temporary user account on the Web user interface and submit and release print jobs seamlessly.
Guest accounts are designed with a predetermined expiration date and will be automatically purged upon expiry, ensuring that your organization maintains robust policy compliance while minimizing IT workload.
🔒 Restricted Access With Authentication
After activation, guests can effortlessly set up their own guest accounts. This process is both secure and straightforward, relying on the verification of the guest's email address for authentication. Once they've authenticated themselves, guest users can immediately submit jobs via web upload, the mobile app, or PC Client and can login at the MFP to release their jobs.
