Many companies have a multi-domain authentication environment where employees are part of a domain depending on, for example, the location of their office.
In these cases, a new “Authentication Provider” needs to be added for each domain, which can be time-consuming.
With the new multi-domain support, it is much easier to add the top-level authentication provider against the root domain, which can be used against any subdomains.
