YSoft SAFEQ Cloud Privacy Policy
Within Y Soft, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This also applies to users of SAFEQ Cloud.
Personal data is not collected by the owner of the application, and the owner is not able to interact with the personal data collected by the application. The user shall always contact their respective data controller for information prior to entering any personal data into the application.
1. DEFINITIONS
Application.
YSoft SAFEQ Cloud ™
Data Controller.
The person/legal entity who operates YSoft SAFEQ® software suite in the environment where the User of the Application attempts to authenticate in order to use its functionalities.
Owner of the Application.
Y Soft Corporation, a.s., a company existing under the laws of the Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno under Section B, Entry No. 8045, ID No.: 26197740, with its registered office at Technická 2948/13, Královo Pole, 616 00 Brno, Czech Republic.
Personal Data.
Any information regarding a natural person, a legal person, an institution, or an association, which is, or can be, identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
User. Individuals using this Application.
2. METHOD AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION BY THE APPLICATION
The purpose of Personal Data collection is to provide the functionalities of the Application described below to the User. Personal Data is then processed by the Data Controller.
Using the Application, the User can upload documents to YSoft SAFEQ Cloud. Currently, it is only possible to upload images or PDF documents directly through the Application or via the share buttons of the user’s favorite apps. The Application allows the display of the User’s documents in YSoft SAFEQ Cloud as well as printed and favorite documents. The Application allows the release of uploaded documents via the MFD’s terminal. Functions of the Application are accessible to the User only after signing in using previously generated YSoft SAFEQ Cloud credentials. The Application can also be used in connection with on-premises YSoft SAFEQ deployments.
Data controller will not sell your data to third parties, but we may share it with our partners who help us provide our services. Data controller will not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than the ones provided. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data.
The data controller will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
3. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
The Application allows the Data Controller to collect the following types of data, including Personal Data:
- The User’s credentials used to sign into the Application
- All data contained in the documents uploaded to the Application, including all text and image files
- An audit log of the User’s interaction with the Application, including location and results of the communication between the Application and the server hosting the YSoft SAFEQ Cloud installation or on-premises YSoft SAFEQ deployment.
4. LIMITED USE DISCLOSURE
The Application’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Owner of the Application reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page.
