Within Y Soft, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This also applies to users of our Mobile Terminal.
Personal data are never collected by the owner of the application, and the owner cannot interact with the personal data collected by the application. Users should always contact their respective data controller for information before entering any personal data into the application.

Data Controller.
The person / legal entity that runs YSoft SAFEQ® software suite in the location where the User of the Application attempts to authenticate in order to use Y Soft® Mobile Terminal functionality.

Personal Data.
Any information regarding a natural person, a legal person, an institution, or an association, which is, or can be, identified, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.
User. Individuals using this Application.
2. METHOD AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION BY THE APPLICATION
The purpose of Personal Data collection is direct authentication to the YSoft SAFEQ® print management solution by the mobile device running the Application. In order for the Application to work correctly and to provide its functionalities, the User is required to enter certain Personal Data, which are then collected by the Application and processed by the Data Controller.
3. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
None by the Owner of the Application, however the Data Controller may collect information on password, login, printing history including printer location and results of the communication between the Application and the server where the User attempts to authenticate.
4. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Owner of the Application reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this
