I joined Y Soft in August 2018 as an Area Sales Manager for Western Europe. My onboarding was quite unusual because I was the first Y Soft employee in Spain. Despite this, I felt like I was a part of a big family from the very beginning. At Y Soft, culture and corporate values are not just buzzwords for the meeting rooms, you feel them in the air every second you are at work.

After a year, I was promoted to the position of Business Development Director for Europe. Now I work as Regional Vice President of Sales and Support. I take care of new channels and opportunities that help the company grow.

Moreover, I have found that several of my new colleagues have the same hobbies as I do, so we share things we’re passionate about even outside of work and we really enjoy that.
A PASSION THAT SMELLS OF PETROL
I love racing and motorbikes. And not just any. I buy old and broken bikes that I put them together for a few hundred euros and hours of careful work. Now, I have five of them and I like riding them on circuits and off-road.
