To support YSofters' well-being,  we created the Y Soft 6-week online well-being program—a simple, practical way to bring more balance into work life.

The best part? It only takes 30 minutes a week. Read on for practical tips you can try right away.

Long-term goals and impact 

In the past, we’ve offered ad-hoc breathwork sessions and one-on-one counseling. This year, we wanted to take a more structured, long-term approach to employee well-being with clear goals:

  1. Enhance resilience to stress
  2. Reduce anxiety and tension
  3. Promote physical and emotional healing
  4. Develop emotional intelligence (EQ)
  5. Improve focus, productivity, and creativity


How We Made Well-being Work for Us

Corporate wellness programs are becoming more common, with large enterprises like Google, Amazon, NASA, and Nike incorporating breathwork and mindfulness into their workplace culture.

However, we knew that a traditional wellness program requiring long commitments wouldn’t fit into our YSofters’ busy schedules. So, we did it the Y Soft way and designed a compact yet impactful six-week experience with:

  • Scientifically backed methods: A tailored blend of Breathwork & Internal Family Systems (IFS). This powerful combination helped employees not only relax but also gain deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation skills.
  • Time-efficiency: In just 30 minutes a week, participants could experience noticeable improvements without overwhelming their schedule.
  • Engaging & interactive approach: Rather than passive learning, our program encouraged active participation, reflection, and group discussions to enhance connection and engagement.

After six weeks, we asked our participants for feedback—and here’s what they told us:

  • 75% said they felt less stressed and more balanced
  • 80% noticed better focus and collaboration at work
  • 100% would consider joining again, with 75% saying “absolutely!”
